So my wife and I used a donor yesterday and tried for a baby. We used the conception cup. Everything went well until after I took out the cup. All of the semen was gone out of the cup and everything was fine when I took the cup out. But this morning I started to cramp alittle and have been having alittle discomfort throughout the day. Does this mean something? Did I do something wrong or is this a good sign or what? I’ve read a lot about how the process works but now that we’re actually trying, I feel like I have no idea what’s going on.
