Is this normal practice?
I just sign up my son for summer classes from the city. I was given my receipt and as I was reading it when I got home, I read that I consent and signed a waiver that says I take responsibility for any injury and death, damaged etc. Is this normal or a big red flag? I didn’t signed anything. I only paid and gave my sons information and was told nothing about a waiver.
