Nervous about delivery

With my son I had a really rough delivery. I was induced and pushed for 3 hours. His head was huge and they ended up giving me an episiotomy as well as using a vacuum. I was in so much pain for weeks. I’m scared that I’ll try to vaginally have the twins and one will end up coming out either with another episiotomy and the other will need a c section.

I don’t know if I should elect a c section or try (if both are head down and I am able to).

Ughhhhh

(Also afraid of ripping my episiotomy scar - the babies will be 12 months apart from my son 😳)
