My real name is Jezebel. I hate it for obvious reasons

I used to hate my name because it always felt like an old lady name. Always went by Abbie. Then I met my husband and he only called me Abigale once he found out that was my real name. He made it seem all special and made me like it lol

I have always disliked, not fully hate, just strongly dislike, my first name; Jessica. It’s so common, as in, I grew up with 2 other Jessica’s. When I first saw Toy Story 2, I demanded everyone to just call me “Jessie.” I have often thought of legally changing my name to Sara, my middle name, but I don’t want to be Sara Jessica, for obvious reasons. (If not obvious, think of Sarah Jessica Parker, there we go.) I have also tried to convince my parents to call me Chelsea. There was a good 2 years that I wanted to change my name to Chelsea. But then I stood in front of my mirror for half an hour, trying to practice introducing myself as Chelsea, but I realized, I do not look like a Chelsea. So I have thought of Ruth (after Ruth from the Bible, my favorite woman), Faith (I feel like a Faith), and Samantha (my favorite American Girl, also, my mom was going to be Samantha, but her parents decided on Kathleen instead, Kathleen suits her better.)  I can say I am kinda glad I didn’t change my name, my husband says I look like a Jessie and he loves my name because it’s my name. The weird thing is though, I dislike it even more when he says my name. I respond better to his pet names for me than my actual name. 
   To end this, there are many days I want to change my name, to either Ruth or Faith, leaning more toward Ruth. Samantha flew out of question when I met my niece, Sammy. Don’t want to confuse the child. There is a good chance I might not do it, because my nephew’s favorite thing to say is Aunt Jessie. Nothing like a toddler to make you like something you have always borderline hated.

Whats wrong with it?
I love mine. People always compliment me on it. Especially the chef at the place I work. He used to mention it everytime i worked. Now he just does it when he hears me introduce myself to people. He pops out his head and goes "pretty name right" with a huge smile big eyes and lots of nodding.
He's gay so its not that he is trying to hit on me xD its quite funny though.
My second name im iffy about. The few people that know it (less then 5 excluding immediate family) love it I think its a bit odd.
Its african, the meaning is great though. My mom learned it on a trip trough africa.
It means something thats small in the eye (like that reflection you see in someones eyes) in reality can be very big and beautiful. Im barely 5'1 so it suits me.

My first name is Karina and I used to hate it but I’m kinda okay with it now. Nobody really calls me by my name so I learnt to ignore it. I only have a first name so I might either add a middle name that I like or change my first name completely. Not sure yet. I really like yours btw!

I really like my name but I have always wished that I could have a nickname. It's too short for a nickname though. As a kid I tried to think of what I would rather be  called but all I could think of was Lily or Rose. Lol. I do really like that I very rarely meet other people who have the same name as me though. My name is Laura.
