Possible miscarriage

I’m SO sorry these pictures are very TMI. I’m approximately 5 weeks pregnant, I don’t have an appointment to get it checked out until next week. I’ve been bleeding for about two weeks now, and today I had severe cramping. I was just shaving my lady bits and this just came out. What does this mean? I’ve never been pregnant before.
