Any tricks to induce labor at 3cm dilated?

Hey ladies! I'm 38 weeks pregnant and 3 cm dilated. Does anyone have any tricks to induce labor?

Walk? Clean? Bounce? Dance? Raspberry leaf tea? Sex?
Nothing has worked for me so far lol

Squats, spicy food, lunges, bouncing, etc.

Only thing that works (according to doctors and a doula i know) is sex, nipple stimulation (if you are already having contractions) and getting sweeps done. If you're body isnt ready it wont happen though.

Squats drink 2cups of cumin tea a day and 1 cup raspberry tea, hot bath i only got the water until it covered my bum and legs lol bounce on a yoga ball if you don't have a ball sit in a corner or the bed good luck
