Starting my fitness journey
I starting going to the gym about 2 weeks ago. I've been trying to eat less and better but decided that a gym will be good too. Within those couple weeks, I lost 2 pounds. It's not alot but it's a start. I'm overweight for my 4'10" self so seeing this made me extremely happy. I got myself a personal trainer and I meet with them once a week and I know that is gonna keep me on track with this
