Hi mamas! We have a beach trip planned for six weeks after our little guy arrives. I’m trying to be proactive since I know the selection will dwindle as the summer goes on...anyone have any experience with a summer babe and wearing a bathing suit pretty soon after?

I’m trying to decide if I should buy a maternity one (I wasn’t going to, since I most likely won’t use it before he’s actually here) or if I should get a few cheap ones in a size or two larger than usual. For reference, I’ve really only gained weight in my belly, but I am planning on nursing so those are the two areas I’m concerned about not fitting into my normal size. Any thoughts are super appreciated!
