Are my twins considered premature?

My twins were born at 38 weeks. Are they considered premature? Do i need to say that they’re “3 weeks old and 1 adjusted?”

No. Mine were born at 37+4 and I don’t use a corrected/adjusted age for them.

I don’t think it’s considered premature for any pregnancies, multiple or single.

My twins were born at 35 weeks 3 days and the doctors still don't really use their adjusted age. They are on track with typical 5 month olds, except baby B is still a little small. I think I have had 1 doctor use their adjusted age one time.
