This may be a dumb sex question but...

I was a virgin until I met my current bf almost 2 years ago. I know for a fact hes the only person I’ve been with. He was far from a virgin when he met me, but we’ve been together since.

We have both been tested recently because I had bacterial vaginosis and we were negative for all STIs (I just had BV)

So my question is, if we only have sex with each other, and are both clean, is it possible to still get STIs just from between the two of us?
