I was diagnosed with Graves’ disease which is an autoimmune disorder that affects my thyroid and hormone producing organs. I went to the GYN last week because my fiancé and I tried for 6 months to conceive and it didn’t work. She told me that people with Graves usually have a hard time conceiving and their pregnancies are considered very high risk due to their hormonal imbalance problems and the yo-yo of trying to control it. She told me I was ovulating that day, and to go ahead and try that weekend. It’s now 8 days until my period and I tested and it was negative again. I suppose I already knew it would be, but I’m still frustrated. I just don’t know what to do. I guess I just wanted to vent
