In need of guidance.
So I’m currently 5 weeks and 3 days. This is my rainbow baby and completely unexpected. There’s way more to that, but a later time, perhaps. I’m in constant fear of miscarriage. I think about it all day, I have dreamt about it every night for the past week. I meditate to help but it always comes back. Are there any ideas out there to help elevate some of this fear. It’s getting to be too much. Thank you!
