There's no such thing as "alcohol free" beer, it's still got a small amount of alcohol. That being said, I drink one on occasion because I do crave beer. I will literally sit and smell my husbands beer 😂😂 so I finally caved and bought Coors version of non alcoholic beer, and it tastes pretty dang good. But like I said I limit myself to only one a week, sometimes I go a couple weeks without one.

Alcohol free beer technically has a tiny bit of alcohol on it. Lol odouls has like 0.5 just fyi but it's fine. I drank a couple in early pregnancy when I really wanted one just probably shouldn't do it all the time

Ask the Dr but I would say no because there is still little alcohol in non alcoholic beer..
