Ovulation test timing
When’s the best time of day to do an ovulation test? I always hear first morning pee but then I recently heard sometimes an LH surge does not happen till the early afternoon. But then I also hear that you shouldn’t drink a lot before you take the test so it’s not diluted. So confused.
