TTC after Miscarriage - how soon is too soon

Hi Ladies,

I’m sure there is a couple posts on this but I’ve read a couple conflicting things on TTC after miscarrying. My doctor says once I have a negative pregnancy test it’s safe to try again (physically) but just wondering if there is a larger risk with trying again before my period... my insight is helpful. Is there benefit in waiting a couple months?

Miscarried my first about 3 weeks ago. Missed miscarriage about 8.5 weeks along. No D&C just took medicine to miscarry.
