Im looking for advice since my daughter wont latch. Shes 8 weeks tomorrow and it's always been a hard process but she will only nurse for a few minutes before she freaks. I have flat nipples and shes a lazy eater. I do not want to give up nursing but I don't know what to do 😭

How do you manage? I miss nursing so much but she hates it. Ive tried a nipple shield abs she will take about an ounce before she gets mad (weighed her before and after) I can still pump about 3 ounces after that so it's not a supply issue.

I also have an almost 3 year old and have zero time to do this shit but I'm afraid my supply will drop.
