I am confused please help

Hi everyone I started bleeding or should I say spotting. I thought I was pregnant or is pregnant according to the symptoms that iam having. I am really really confused please help a sister out. What is going on. The app is telling me that my period will start in 3 days in case I am not pregnant. And thy other app is telling me that I am 3 weeks and 4 days pregnant according to my symptoms that I am getting.
