I've been trying to get pregnant for 8.5 years and never been all last year, I been on 2.5 letrozole and clomid, I ovulated based on ovusense. Went to my doctor this April, he gave me a choice of letrozole or clomid for 3 months with a follow up in August to referral me to a RE if I wasn't pregnant. I choose letrozole this cycle again, I added pcosinsitol, lost 7 pounds, I was already taking 1000mg of metformin, I had a 7 day period, took letrozole 3to7, ovulated cd13, used opks and ovusense to confirm ovulation.
