Opks and progesterone... when to take it?

Question

I was just prescribed progesterone to take at night after ovulation until AF or BFP.  
I use opks and I have had positive opks for the past 2 days.  Today it started to fade and the glow app says that’s means I’m about to ovulate....should I start taking the progesterone pills tonight or wait till tomorrow?

No you don’t wanna take them now you won’t ovulate and you don’t wanna take it too soon after cus you don’t want it in your tubes
