Tylenol, did I get the right one?

I didn’t see anything that said regular strength but this was the only one that didn’t say extra strength.

The 650 is more than you should have.
Extra strength is only 500mg and you only take one tab during pregnancy.

It’s not easy to find the regular strength. Did you read the active ingredients? Anything else listed besides acetaminophen?

I think regular Tylenol is 300mg or around there 
This says 650 mg so I’m thinking it’s kinda high? 
I know extra strength is 500 mg

I was told I could take 2 of the 500mg each every 4-6 hours.

You can take any kind of Tylenol. Same rules as outside of pregnancy: don’t take more than 4,000 g per day (aka don’t take it more often or more pills than what the bottle says). There are no special pregnancy specific rules. If it’s just Tylenol then just follow the directions and you’ll be fine.

Extra strength Tylenol is 500mg each and usually u would take two. I have never seen that kind before.  It it’s only a little higher than one of the others. Just read the dosage instructions and it will be fine

Regular strength tylenol is 325mg each, so 650mg is a perfectly normal dose.

Its fine. Its extended release, so you wont be getting hit with all 650mg at once, itll slowly release over 8 hours. 
Regular strength is 325.
