3 week old sleep issues

I don’t know what to do! My baby hasn’t slept well all day. Whenever he’s nursing he falls asleep or will squirm and twist his head while still latched...ouch! Once he falls asleep I wait a little and then put him down. Once I do it’s like he wakes up fussy instantly.

I know I’m in for a long night....I’m just worried for my babies sake because he’s not sleeping like he should. I don’t think it’s healthy.

What can I do??
