Do you think it’s true.. if you get a tattoo of your significant other the relationship is bound to end? Just curious what everyone thinks

I wouldn’t necessarily say that but I think it’s kinda dumb for people to tattoo a significant others name on them. You never know what could happen.

No, but I would NEVER get a tattoo with a SO’s name or face. It’s almost like asking for bad luck lol.

I got my husbands name tattooed on me after being together for a year. I knew we would be together forever. 9 years and still going strong. My husband also has my name on him. It works for some not for others. Some people say it's a dumb idea but when you know, you know. I believe that some people don't get them when they want them because they're unsure of their relationship. I've never been unsure of mine. We've loved each other from the day we met and so to us it's a stronger bond than our wedding rings because a wedding ring you can remove with ease

my friend got her kids names and exs name tattooed on her. (when they were together). and when they broke up she said she didnt regret it as he was still her kids dad.

Everyone I’ve known that have got tattoos like this have broke up within a year of having them done, though I don’t believe it happens to all couples. I wouldn’t get a name done based on that, id get something that symbolic to the relationship. I also wouldn’t get one done if he didn’t get one done too, then we are both stuck with it.

No not true at all i have my partners name on me and been together for years at the end of the day the relationship breaks up if its bad not because of a tattoo

No and it’s so stupid that people think it does. If a relationship is going to end, it’s going to end. A tattoo doesn’t cause “bad luck.” 🙄
