Middle of the night feeding...

So my LO usually only wakes up once to feed in the night but recently it’s been taking like 2+ hrs to get him back down afterwards. He’ll eat, I’ll burp him, change him, let him nurse to sleep and then I’ll set him down and he’ll instantly be awake so I do it all over again. I’ve tried just letting him be by himself for a while too but he’ll end up crying eventually. We breastfeed and formula feed so I’ll even do both to make sure he’s full, but every time I think he’s full (he’ll fall asleep and won’t take the bottle or breast again), he’s not and I’ll end up feeding him like 15 minutes later after he’s fallen asleep and I set him in his bassinet. Anyone else experience this? And advice?
