Does this look normal?

My doc said it was too small to measure yet but I saw a video online on normal and abnormal intrauterine pregnancy and I’m kind of scared. Can anyone tell how far along I’d be? My last period was in March so I’m extremely confused 😞 It looks like a literal sperm in there

If u go by the date of ur lmp u should be a little over 8 weeks pregnant.. i was able to see my lil mans heartbeat and all at this time..

See if it changes by next week but you’re ultrasound shows about a 4-5 week uterus.

You could of ovulated late or implanted late so give it timeand see if it changes

U should be 9weeks now, there should be a baby with the heartbeat by now, unless u ovulated way later. This ultrasound looks like 4-5weeks max.

It looks like a normal 4 week sac, I wouldn’t be too worried. If the doctor didn’t mention anything alarming, I’m sure you’re fine. :)
