34 week on Tuesday and so ready
34 weeks on Tuesday I have gestational diabetes I am doing insulin 4 times a day. I'll be finding out on Wednesday when I am having my baby girl I feel like I have no more room in there for her to grow can't sleep on my back as it's hard for me to breathe just can't wait until she's out
