My twins both smile and laugh at me when I say NO NO ! So either they don’t understand it or they just don’t care 😂

Yes ...in a way basically he shakes his head whenever I say no or even if I ask a question he smiles and shakes his head it's super cute "do you like your dinner?" *Shakes head"
