My clueless husband 😑

I wanted to see if anybody else's SO was like this. So last night when my husband went out to get us some food I decided I wanted to surprise him with some new lingerie I just bought. So I put it on, did my makeup made sure my hair was perfect and put on some perfume, the whole works. And waited for him to come back. So when he came back, I thought oh he's going to be so happy. Wrong. He completely ignored it. Nothing. Not even an "oh wow you look nice." 😑 I thought okay we'll eat and hopefully he'll say something. He never acknowledged it at all. The straps started to hurt so I took it off. I laid in his lap with nothing but panties on and he proceeds to just play his game on his phone. We go to bed and he immediately just goes to sleep and starts snoring. It was his day off and we had relaxed all day so I figured it was a good day to surprise him. Apparently not. It wouldn't be a big deal if it was the first time it happened, but it wasn't. I've tried surprising him before and he's acted like this. I honestly feel like I'm the only one trying to keep our love life alive. He used to get really happy when I would do things like this. At this point I'm not sure what to do. But it honestly hurts my feelings. And I've talked to him about it, and he says that he really likes it, but then he doesn't actually act like it. Does anyone have some advice? Our two year wedding anniversary is in two days and I'm not even sure I want to try to surprise him with anything. 😔
