Question about cramping

I have very slight cramping/pulling where I’m pointing for a little over an hour. Had a corpus luteum rupture resulting in a loss in July and major ovarian repair. Not severe. Not bleeding. I’m about 5 weeks and on progesterone. I think I’m just terrified about being in that much pain again.

Any thoughts?
