How was your first period after miscarriage?

Please can I ask you about your first period after miscarriage? I read here a lot that it was very painful and longer than before. But I just had mine about 6 weeks after miscarriage and it was heavy only the second day, otherwise very light and short (3 days + 1 day of spotting) and I always had heavier and longer periods before the miscarriage (it was my first pregnancy). Anybody else experienced that? And how did it go on next cycles? Thanks!

Mine was kinda lighter than usual with a few clots. . Wasn’t painful at all

I got my first period 5 weeks 4 days after my miscarriage and D&C. It was definitely heavier and lasted for a full 6 days. But not painful.

Mines was quite heavy & sore. I was on holiday when it came & had to find a pharmacy for pain killers (maybe just have some paracetamol close by just in case) I hope it’s a light one for you.

I had my post-MC D&C April 12. Just finished up my first period. It was heavy, painful, and 3 days longer than normal.

Today was the last day of my first post miscarriage period. 
It was painful, heavy...
I kind of feel like all my usual symptoms were heightened and on overdrive.

Hello! 
The period after my miscarriage came exactly 4 weeks later at the same time as a normal period would. It’s been about a year but I do remember it being very painful but was still short. I menstrual cycles since have been heavier with more painful cramping and they are irregular
