Sore throat at 11 weeks

I’m hoping this sounds dumb because I’m worried sick, I’m going to a minute clinic tomorrow to confirm everything’s okay BUT:

I woke up in the middle of the night with a sore throat, throughout the day today it’s gotten progressively worse. I looked and I do have some blisters? Sores? Pus? At the back of my throat.

I’m allergic to Tylenol so I pretty much can’t take ANYTHING and I’m just really afraid of breaking a fever this early in my pregnancy.

*edit to add, I meant to ask if anyone’s had this happen and it was fine/was nothing?? I totally forgot to add a question in the post 😅
