Starting 30 day weight loss challenge

Today my hubby and I are starting a 30 day weight loss challenge! I am 11 weeks pp from a C-section delivery and on birth control that is assisting (along with terrible eating habits) in weight gain. The winner will be whoever loses the most and the prize is open for suggestions at least for me. Hubby has chosen anal as his prize 😂. Like I said, open for suggestions.

We have start meal planning, especially since I start back to work this week. And I have found a small 30 day work out.

I don't have a weight goal yet, as it's only 30 days and I don't want to upset myself with not reaching the goal. I just want to get myself into good healthy habits. I am weighing in at 179.6 lbs and will update this as I go because i want to continue to see the progress.

First week and in our weigh in I am down 4 lbs!!! Hubby is down 5!!! I'm so close to his weight 😂😂 need to step up my game, any easy at home work outs I can do to assist in this?

**Update**

So our challenge is over. I in total lost 5 lbs *I'm shocked, my birthday was in there and we both went to town celebrating 😂* hubby on the other hand list 10 lbs! I'm super proud of him. He also changed his mind on the prize and got a lingerie show by yours truly.

I know it wasn't much much I do feel like I look smaller, and feel very confident as I've heard this past week people saying I look better now than before baby.
