Does this look normal?

My doctor isnt open until Tuesday. I will be 3 weeks pp tomorrow. Started getting pain in this one spot tonight. Had my husband look and take a picture. He said if he moves the skin around it it all moves at once so he doesn't think its seperating. The spot is zoomed in but its truly only about the size of a dime.

Took a shower and got some of the crusties off. Here is a better pic.
