Labor- when do I go to the hospital?

Contractions are an average of 7 minutes apart. This is my third baby- when should I head to the hospital?

I’m sure you’re already at the hospital since this was 6 h ago. But if anyone else is reading this: don’t wait for 5-1-1 with your third! Babies tend to come faster with each pregnancy. Hospital is not likely to turn you away if you go in and tell them it’s your 3rd birth, they will most likely keep you because things can progress so much faster.

Depending on how far you live from the hospital I’d call and ask them. Since we live further away I’m planning on heading there earlier than the 5-1-1 rule.
