First time mom here! I’m just wondering how far my contractions should be apart before I call the office nurse and head to the hospital. I’ve never done this before so I really dont know what I’m doing lol thanks in advance. Fingers crossed for a baby today!!!

Another question to make sure these are really contractions I’m having. They feel like period cramps that last 30-45 seconds each!
