So, I’m a virgin, and I tried to have sex (with my now ex boyfriend) and both times it just hurt so much and we had to stop, I felt really embarrassed and a bit ashamed. Is there anything I can do to make it less painful the next time I try? Or any other advice? Much appreciated!!🙏🏼🌻

It was the same for me, first time was extremely painful and I even bled for the first 4 times we had sex, you just have to relax and have more sex as it will help you to get use to it. I started actually enjoying sex only a couple of weeks later, but now it fells sooooo good, I love it.

You should try to focus more on foreplay before you actually get to the penetrative part of sex. Lots of touching/making out and grinding to start off. Maybe he can go down on you a bit before he tries to slip it in so you’re very wet and turned on. You can also try using some lube to make it go in easier. Your first time shouldn’t be super painful if you’re turned on enough, it might even be enjoyable after a couple slow thrusts, once you’re comfortable. Just don’t try to rush it because that won’t work. Go at the pace that’s most comfortable with you and communicate this clearly to the guy you’re with.

That happened my first time. And even now. It’s been a few months since I’ve had sex and my boyfriend and I finally had sex like last week and I told him it felt like I was a Virgin again. Just gave to relax, tell him to ease into it and focus on foreplay.
