Trust issues

So my guy went through my diary n is upset that I was speaking badly about him but mind you this was personal therapy after a fight we had cause he was drunk & had treated me poorly, I don't work right now just taking care of our boys by myself most of the time while he hangs out but I'm the one being accused of cheating for being on social media and having ex boyfriends on there that I don't talk to. Someone send advice on what I should do ladies!!
