Hi guys, me again...after my lovely lines of frer since Thursday, I went to the doctors. He confirmed a pregnancy and sent me to the early pregnancy clinic today to get checked out. I am only four weeks and 1 day pregnant. The ultrasound picked up a gestational sac but the consultant said it was too early to see where it was (tubes/ uterus). That was fine as I didn’t expect to really see anything today.

However, she then continued and said I had quite an amount free fluid in my lower pelvis. As a result of this and the early stages not being able to confirm a uterine pregnancy, I am now being told it may be ectopic.

Has anyone any experience of free fluid in their pregnancies? Were they always ectopic?

Any opinions are welcome! I am devastated and super anxious x
