Nasal congestion in 3 week old...

Any moms dealing with or have dealt with nasal congestion in newborn? This my first time ever having this concern. My son was born at 34 weeks and was breastfed/supplement fed formula. Now he’s primarily formula fed Enfamil Gentlease and I’ve noticed he’s very stuffy. I’ve been using Little Remedies Saline Mist/breastmilk/sitting in steamy bathroom which helps me keep his nose clear but it’s a very temporary fix. Any moms have any ideas or suggestions for relief?? Thanks. He has his 1 month appointment this week not that the doctor can prescribe anything.
