Ok so today I was having some witty banter non sexual on a gaming chat and suddenly got an un requested d!(k pic I don’t know how to respond trying not to be rude

I don't think there's anything rude about blocking and deleting whoever sent you that. I personally wouldn't talk to him again. 
If, for some reason, you want to continue the friendship(?), I'd say something like "That's totally inappropriate. Never send me another unsolicited dick pic or anything like this to me ever again or I'll block and delete you. End of story." And if he didn't apologize I would unfriend him. 
Personally I wouldn't be so kind if someone sent me a pic of their dick but I applaud you for wanting to keep it classy :)
