Nexplanon ..?

Question

Has anyone used this birth control method ? I’ve been looking at my options for after baby and i was considering this but reading the side effects make me concerned. I know the pill won’t work with 2 kids , i tried the shot (hated it) and iud (loved it but had major pain after the first year) before and i want something i don’t have to think about. If you have this or tried it how has it been for you ?

I had it before I had kids and I hated it!!! I bled for 5 months straight. Then once it finally stopped I would either have a really long period, or I would have two periods in one month. I had terrible mood swings, I became depressed on it which I'm not one who suffers with depression at all! And it made me gain weight like crazy.

I had it and it prevented pregnancy, but they placed it wrong so it was uncomfortable.. I also bled really badly any time I tried to have sex. I bled for a good 6 months with it. I've never heard anybody else have these problems though. It didn't affect me hormonally as far as I could tell. Everybody has different side affects though, you might get it and be perfectly fine.

I had three of them in a row and loved them, i will be getting another one put in after I have my baby!! I had no periods at all, no moodiness and no problems, I had another girl I work with get it too and she loves it!

Super effective. No period at all for 6 years while on it.
But for me I was constantly hungry, never felt full the entire time I was on it which led to weigh gain. But since removing it I have been able to lose weight as I'm no longer hungry all the time.

It's a very good birth control I never got pregnant with it and never had a period...
