I woke up with blood in my underwear, but I'm not having any pain or cramping.

If there is no pain associated with it, it could just be a freak thing, a cyst, etc. I had gushing blood and clots at 13 weeks pregnant and thought for sure I lost the baby, all to my surprise all was ok. I bleed and spot in all of my pregnancies.
