When did you start?

When did you start your period after giving birth? Were you formula or breast feeding? How was it?

I'm currently breastfeeding. I got one about 4 months pp and it was very light, lasted about 3 days and no cramping. The next one I got was about 8 months pp, again very light and no cramping. I'm just about 12 months pp and I've now had 3 fairly regular periods and each one has gotten slightly heavier with a little bit more cramping. So far none of them have been as bad as when I wasn't on birth control.

11 weeks after csection delivery. We are breastfeeding. Thought I had a longer vacation from Aunt Flo.

I was breastfeeding and my period came back regular after pp bleeding stopped :)

3-4 weeks after. Formula fed. The cramps weren’t too bad. They got worst by like the 3rd PP period. Definitely heavier then usual.

I bled immediately after delivering baby for about 3-4 weeks, nothing heavy. And then I started my regular cycle about two weeks after. I had a c section if that matters any.
