Suggestions needed

My baby girl was born on the 21/05/2019 and through out my entire pregnancy and delivery I have had the most amazing midwife. The support from her was above and beyond what I could have ever asked for and now that it’s leading up to saying goodbye to her I want to give her a thank you gift but am completely out of ideas. Any suggestions??
