Nipple discharge?

Hey everyone! So I’m going into my 33rd week of pregnancy and I’ve noticed that in one of my nipples, I have this thick creamy white discharge that only comes out when I squeeze it out (kind of like popping a pimple). A lot doesn’t come out, but I was wondering if that was normal/and what the heck it is?

Its normal.. i will be 30 weeks tomorrow and been having clear discharge leaking out since 26 weeks..

It's just colostrum or first milk :) you'll see more leaking as the time goes by!

I sould carry a set of nipple pads with you just incase it leaks real bad in your bra.
