My hubby is quite fit and it's no issue for us really. I am overweight and currently 35 weeks pregnant, so not at all at his fitness level, but it doesn't bug us. We've been together for over 16 years and have both changed over time from thin to fat to thin and back again and obviously with every pregnancy it all starts over again for me. His weight has also fluctuated over the years but again, to us it is no issue. We are still the same people and committed to each other. If anything, we just try to get on the same page, but if we're not, we are still supportive of each other. He looks at me and I feel like the most beautiful girl in the world regardless of what the scale says 😉

I am in an opposite situation I’m pretty thin and fit and my husband is pretty overweight he’s 280 lbs. But I love him so much as a person he’s very kind and fun to be around. I feel like people look at me and think I’m gonna be super shallow and I’m not at all. Also one of my guy friends who is extremely fit has a very overweight girlfriend. He also has a similar response to people like all the things he loves about his gf are real things like her kindness, sense of humor, reliable, not “oh shes got perfect tits or a tiny waist lol.  She’s actually a really cool and fun girl and it’s too bad people just see her as fat...
A lot of my friends will say stuff like “i can’t believe how fat he is how can you be with a fat person?” And go figure they are all single bc they only pick guys by their looks and lol.

I mean it depends what you define as fit and what as fat
My mans taker and a lot slimmer with some tone but definitely not super toned up. 
I just had a baby and I’m definitely overweight so idk? 
We have sex just like normal people do 
We go on dates like normal people do
