My nails are really bad after i took my acrylics off any advice to revive them and

make them strong and healthy?

Did you let them soak long enough? There shouldn’t have been that much damage by soaking them off and filing with a coarse file. 
I would take a file (100/120 grit) and gently file the nail plate, file the free edge evenly (rounding the corners will help prevent chipping and breaking), buff the nail plate, and apply a base coat like OPI nail envy. Keep up with home manicures. Lots of cuticle oil and lotion!

Did you pull them off or soak them off? 
Try finding one of those nail repair serums and polishes and put it on very couple of days. And use cuticle oil twice a day
