I had a 3 day cycle on May 19th. I started taking Myo Inositol via the Premama packers yesterday. Later this morning I got this and I’m not sure if it’s implantation bleeding or a period and the prior three days were spotting.

I should also note that I have very irregular cycles and this is my first month tracking things so prior to this last cycle I hadn’t had a period since January.

Anyone else experience anything similar taking myo inositol?
