Padsicles!?

So I plan on making padsicles just cause I was given a shit ton of pads and and I was already stocked up pretty well before pregnancy. So I bought witch hazel (Walmart brand cause I’m cheap) it says it has 14% alcohol in it. Is that okay or should I get one without alcohol at all? Tia 😊

They don't reccommend ice after 24 hours post partum. In fact, the only timeframe it is really effective is in the first 6 hours after giving birth. 
Padsicles are just a waste of time and money. If you are planning to leave the hospital same day after giving birth, maybe make 1 or 2, but really it's not worth the time or effort for the miniscule amount of use you would get out of them.

Without but honestly I wouldn’t make a bunch! Ice is only recommended for the first 24 hours and you’ll still be in the hospital then with their ice packs! I made a bunch & ended up using zero of them. But I’m still wearing the big pads and now I’m out so I wish I hadn’t of wasted them thinking I wouldn’t need that many.
