How does everyone split night duties with their partner?

My baby is a good sleeper with predictable needs. She’s up every 2 1/2 - 3 hrs to eat, and if i hear her stirring, I’ll check the clock and try to prep a bottle of breast milk before she wakes up crying. My husband has been taking one of the night feedings. He’s such a grouch being woken up from a deep sleep OR if he knows he’s got the next feeding duty, he can’t fall asleep. 
Sometimes it’s easier to just sleep in the other room with her and take care of it myself, then listen to his crankiness. How does everyone split night duties with their partner and how are they coping??

I only wake my husband when our baby needs a diaper change since I exclusively breastfeed so he can't do the feedings yet, and he works early so I'd rather do the burping after myself as well. I do the night diaper changing but he helps by attaching and removing the changing table to the pack n play top, having change of PJs and swaddle ready if needed; diaper, wipes, and Aquaphor all easily accessible and open; holding our son to soothe him if I need the restroom before breastfeeding... Whatever is needed. He always asks if I need anything before settling back to bed. But most helpful of all, he's positive, calm, supportive, and patient through it all. Really helps me take a breath and remember to mirror his demeanor when I get burnt out and overtired in the night.

I'm exclusively pumping. Right now, my husband gets up with me, so I can prep the bottle while shes screaming her headoff. He gets here changes her, starts the feeding while I pump, then hands her off to me after I'm done so I can finish feeding and put her back to sleep. If I can get ahead of the screaming baby to make a bottle, I'll take it on myself and let him sleep - but that's like 1/10 wakings..

I usually just lay in bed, and my fiance props me up with pillows and puts them around me so I can feed baby. I had  c section, so he tries his best so I won't get up as much. He makes the bottles, washes them and boils the water after wards. He will refuse to sleep until I sleep.

It takes me ages to fall back asleep if I have to get out of bed, so my husband brings the baby to me to nurse and puts him back to sleep after he eats. My husband falls asleep super quick, so he is usually able to fall back asleep for the thirty minutes it takes me to feed the baby. It means we are both a little short on sleep—and a little short on patience—but if we didn’t share responsibilities, I’d be a complete mess.

I sleep in the guest bedroom with our twin girls. I don't wake my husband. He also is quite a cranky sleeper. I bottle feedand change the girls every 3 hours then pump before going back to sleep. I am exhausted but in maternity leave so i sleep when they do several times a day. My husband helps with feedings during evening but mostly takes care of 2.5 year old. My parents come once or twice a week to take over day feedings so i can get in solid stretch of sleep. I got 4 hours today!!!!

I am the one that does all the night stuff. My husband has to be up at 430 for work and I’m exclusively breastfeeding (baby has never had a bottle or a pacifier.

My husband has been dealing with our 2 year old if he wakes up but all that usually requires is laying down with him. 
As for the baby, I wake up, change the diaper and then breastfeed him back to sleep then he either goes in his bassinet or I fall asleep with him. My son is on a good schedule of waking either every 3 hours or 6 hours and then 2-3 hours.

It depends on whether or not my husband has to work the next day. I work from home so if he’s working I get up every feeding but he gets up and takes our oldest to school and gets out 3 year old Up and feeds her and then I go back to sleep for about an hour. 
When he’s not working the next day we take turns at night and I usually get up to do the same as he (oldest to school, 3 year old, etc)
During the day we take turns all day with both the baby and our 3 year old if she’s home (she’s in daycare mon-wed-fri)

My husband and I currently have to split night time in half of caring for our baby. She does NOT like to sleep for long periods of time unless she is being held. So one of us will stay up with her from about 8 pm to midnight. Then the other person will take over until like 3 am. Then we switch back...I also exclusively breast feed so I feed her on demand which ranges from every hour to every 3 hours. We are EXHAUSTED. I would love for my husband to sleep more since he has to work but I can’t stay up all night and still function alone the next day while he’s working.

I make my husband get up and change diapers and I feed our baby. So we both get up but I’m up longer. Diaper change is quick so he goes back to sleep. I feed and put baby back to sleep and sometimes he doesn’t go back he has nights where he’s like hey I’m up for two more hours at 2 am 🙃 
My husband works at 5a. But if it’s the weekend he will take him if he doesn’t go back to sleep so that I can get some rest.
