Progesterone side effects, or pregnancy symptoms??

So I started taking 200mg of oral progesterone pills on cycle day 22 and the2 days after that my boobs started hurting and being so sore.. they still are and I am 9dpo I know that is probably just from progesterone but yesterday at 8dpo I started having dull cramps and today I’ve been cramping on and off all day.. they are very mild cramps but feel kind of like period cramps I am also having a lot of milky/creamy discharge.. I need help! I trying not to get my hopes up to high but at the same time I’m really hoping I’m pregnant! Could I be pregnant or is all of this just from the progesterone supplements??
